When there is one view within small size, the scroll lost sync after to go out of scope and come back

When there is one view within small size, the scroll lost sync after to go out of scope and come back.

1. May be a added option to lock the scrolling once one of the view get at its scrolling end?
2. The scrolling only works using the mouse well, just at one of the view, not at both.
