Possibility to include opensees.pyd or opensees.so file in this repo

While the linux pip install is up to version 3.7 for opensees. The mac and windows version still use older versions of opensees. For instance, the windows pip install givesn 3.3 (as of July 2025) and must pair with Python 3.8.

Given the considerable effort to compile the library (I was able to do it on linux thanks to Docker, but no success on mac with Apple Silicon), is it possible to include the latest opensees.pyd and opensees.so for Windows and Mac in this repo? Thanks for the consideration.

As for Mac, there are intel and arm differences. It will be even harder to just provide these files because people would be more confused with versions and.
