Add Line Graph Visualizations to Leaderboard Viewing Page

We need to generate a line graph of commits over time on the leaderboard viewing page. Every user should have their own line, and the graph should span the time frame of commits.

X-axis: date
Y-axis: # of commits

The number of commits should be total, not new commits.
