[Feature]: Synch issues and PRs

when creating a PR, it's details for the project scheduling/status are manually taken from the issue, this is extremely annoying.

Describe the solution you'd like

when a pr is created that fixes one or more issues, the project configuration for size, priority, and release should be copied from the issue, saving our time.
