Requesting added functionality for authentication in xapipe redis workflow

Would like to have authentication and password for the Redis instance within this application.

Hi @hsmith-adl! Currently you can supply Redis credentials as part of the "Redis URI" described here: https://github.com/yetanalytics/xapipe/blob/main/doc/persistence.md#redis
