list_packet_histogram method sometimes returns a negative count #25
Description
I have not fully characterized this, but I have found that list_packet_histogram can return an IndexRecord with a negative value for "count", which does not make sense. It is not yet clear whether this is a problem confined to the Python library or is a problem with the underlying HTTP API.
