Add something for providing global parameters for the new Schematron edition

The new Schematron edition 2025 has the option of providing global parameters to a schema. The validate-with-schematron step has no standard mechanism to set these. I think we should provide one.

Suggestions:

• We already have a standard entry in the parameters map called c:compile. We could another one called c:invoke or whatever.
• Or we could add another option for this: validation-parameters or whatever
