Bug: I cannot see my attachment after decrypting #583

Describe the bug
I encrypted an image and then decrypted it. After decryption, the result returned was: fileUri: file://User/.../12-UTAY-234, fileName: image.png. However, when I checked the fileUri in Finder, 12-UTAY-234 appeared as a file. I expected it to be a folder containing image.png inside.
