What's the best way of dealing with this in the web application? To have a directory on the server, and download from the PDB if not there?
If so, the directory will need to go into a settings.json file or equivalent.

Have put the structural_database path in isocket_settings.

data files (all cif files & log files) is currently at 12GB for ~15000 pdb structures.
