Please check if the esp32 bootloader is the right one (tasmota V4 framework). From the file name, it looks like this is still the original "aircoookie" bootloader for the old framework?

v0.16.x is based on the newer arduino-esp32 V2.0.9 / esp-idf v 4.4.4, it would be best to use the right bootloader for new installations.
