Description
First of all, thanks for working on Drupal & Composer !
Maybe it's an old question, and in that case i'm sorry about that, but I wonder why this drupal-core-require-dev project is not in the drupal-composer namespace.
Not that I don't trust you. I don't even know you actually, but I always found it strange to add dependencies from "anywhere" on the internet. Having this deps in the drupal-composer organisation makes it more "community" trustable...
Note that I don't want to be rude, my english is not perfect, and it's more an open question than a paranoid rant.
