ColabFold support

Good morning!

This is really excellent and exciting work. I am interested in running this, but I only have access to a server/cluster with ColabFold, not a full AlphaFold installation. Is there any documented sample of this approach being able to work with ColabFold?

Even if there isn't a documented sample, are there any specific reasons why the differences might prevent ColabFold from working together with AFsample2? Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!
