Create and maintain metadata catalog file of associated files

Create a metadata catalog file (or files) in csv or json format that lists files available for each analysis. The catalog file could also contain summary statistics (calculated once and then added to the metadata catalog file), such as hovernet purity, etc., for easy filtering of datasets.
