[BUG] Navigate(up down back forward) conflict with Powertoys Keyboard Manager

• I have checked "open" AND "closed" issues and this is not a duplicate

Describe your issue:

I am using Powertoys keyboard manager ramapping Leftctrl, Leftwin and Leftalt(so it is mac keyboard like), when the remap is on the function navigate(up down back forward) will not respond. Turn off the keyboard remap, the function navigate will work.

Could you please look into this issue to fix the conflict?
