[FEATURE] Stop interface popping up on Startup #103

- I have checked "open" AND "closed" issues and this is not a duplicate
Proposed Solution
When starting Windows, the ExplorerTabUtility interface pops up.
Please make it so it starts silently in the system tray so I don't have to dismiss it every time.
