Card block: Open link in new tab function is not working

Hey @szymon, noticed that on a card block, the "open link in new tab" function is not working as expected (the link opens in the same window, despite have this option selected). Could you please look into this once you'll get a chance?

@spivass81 not sure if this was raised by the same user, but I just got msg from Matt from the Industry team they also had similar issue with a link while adding in section heading. The "View Agenda" link opens in the same window instead of a new window.

Hey @sandykadam it has been raised from many users from time to time, but this mainly came from me :)
