Python3 compatibility

It appears the v1pysdk is not compatible with Python3, nor is there a Python3-compatible version. This makes it very difficult to incorporate into my project, which is written entirely for Python3.

I've forked it and fixed it. Not only was setup.py not correct, a lot of the syntax needed changing.
