how to mount internal HD?

Hi,

I've installed succesfully lede-17.01.4-ramips-mt7620-u35wf-sysupgrade.bin that image and after console recovery I login via web and ssh, just wondering how can I mount internal HD. any advice?

there is a file /etc/config/fstab to mount and also an luci app that config this same file (https://192.168.1.1/luci/admin/system/fstab).
You will need to install drivers for your filesystem (ext4, ntfs, btrfs, etc) if they are not installed.

I don't think it's a configuration issues in /dev there isn't any volume (sda1, sda2...)
NAS works like a charm if plugged in to my laptop usb i can see the drive and I can manage partition from my laptop
now on the HD I've a ext4 partition and I have this driver: kmod-fs-ext4 4.4.92-1

if nas is cable connected to a computer or acting as an external drive to another machine the drive (/dev/sda) is not available to openwrt OS. You need to turnoff nas , unplug it from usb host , turn back on and use it unplugged (do not plug without powering it off before)
