Block newly registered domain using NRD lists

Implement a mechanism to block access to freshly registered domains by leveraging the curated lists in NRD/lists.

These domains are often associated with phishing, malware distribution, or other suspicious activity due to their recent creation and lack of reputation.

Tasks:

• Integrate domain matching logic using the NRD lists
• Ensure real-time or scheduled updates from the source
• Add logging for blocked domains
