Update working_with_applications to have demo/example apps

The working_with_applications demo has some set-up and then assumes that the reader wants to register their own app. We will need to provide some demo app/code to practice all the steps related to getting an application into Dockstore.

The jobs tutorial then continues with:

• list apps
• deploy app
• run/monitor job

Set up:

• Hard-coded end point is okay for now but it should be pulled from configuration or reference the Gitbook endpoints page in future

• do you need to make the ~/.dockstore/config file with the token in it, based on this onboarding page?

Github:

• Configure git access: I think this only works if you're an administrator for the repos that need access. It's not clear to me WHICH repo needs access... e.g .is it the sips_tutorial repo or the sounder-sips-application? What if it is already installed?

• This section needs some more context to understand what's going on and when/why this is needed. Right now I just want to run the demo/tutorials but this doesn't reference the demo at all

• After step 4: This seems to suddenly assume that you have an application to register… we should have some sort of demo/tutorial available to go through these steps

@mcduffie is this something your team can help with?

I don't think this is super high priority but if we can get this together it lets us kick the wheels on the end-to-end process of deploying apps with a demo App Package. Then we should know if it can be done via a UI.

Some bits like having a dockstore config at the command line need to be worked out if you don't have access to that (e.g. you're working in the web app).
