How to search among *all* JS files?

Loved the [JavaScript members tip](https://umaar.com/dev-tips/112-go-to-member/). As far as I can tell, the Ctrl+Shift+O shortcut only works in the currently opened file. I tried pressing it without a JS file open, and chrome://bookmarks/ was displayed instead.
