Comaptibility issue with Python3.10

I tried Ultraplex but it did not run with Python3.10. Running in a virtual environment and Python 3.8 did overcome the problem.

We were looking at this error and it seems to be a common one with some older cython versions being incompatible with python 3.10 - we tried updating the cython version in our setup.py, but this hasn't seemed to solve the issue for ultraplex so unfortunately for now users will need to use python < 3.10 -- hopefully we'll be able to solve this in the future.
