Allow grades to be 'protected' after CSV upload

It should be possible to set a grade and make it so that grade _cannot_ be overwritten by AutoTest (e.g., if a student resubmits a classy job it should not undo the grade that was manually set). This should be limited to CSV upload only and is intended as a way to have Classy reflect accommodations applied to a student for a deliverable.
