Uploading A Grade CSV, opaque errors

When uploading a Grades CSV, if anything is wrong with the CSV, classy does not inform the user of the error.
This is especially a problem because if uploading a CSV with a CWL that is no longer in the course (withdrawn), the grade upload fails with no explanation
