Pull additional settings from the .config.json file rather than hardcoding them in the script

The following settings could be retrieved from the .config.json file rather than being hard-coded, to make the script more customizable
1. Pessimistic contingency (currently hard-coded to +Max(20%, 10mins)
2. Hour window before the widget starts tracking a calendar event (currently hard-coded to 2 hours)
