Lens chromatic aberration correction is not applied in PP3

Thank you for this very useful tool.

I have found that the PP3 file has some lens correction settings applied but not every one. I had to programmatically change the PP3 files generated using bash afterwards to change:

LcMode=none
LCPFile=
UseDistortion=true
UseVignette=true
UseCA=false
LFCameraMake=
LFCameraModel=
LFLens=

to

[LensProfile]
LcMode=lfauto
LCPFile=
UseDistortion=true
UseVignette=true
UseCA=true
LFCameraMake=
LFCameraModel=
LFLens=

This forces correct automatic lens selection by RawTherapee and applies chromatic aberration correction in addition to the other distortion and vignette settings. This was particularly helpful for long zooms on my old Nikon, and also for vignetting on some M43 Lumix camera lenses.

Sorry there is no pull request for the fix. I wanted to make you aware of it anyway.
