Output separate `notifications.txt` file for `following.txt`

Hoping the Twitter export somewhere contains data on which of the "following" accounts have notifications enabled, it would be cool to have notifications.txt generated in addition to following.txt.

That would make it much easier to create a group/list for them for use in something like Mastodon.
