item would not be deleted after passing stdTTL?

How the stdTTL works? sdtTTL=60, I add an item and wait after 60s, that item is still there.
Any other policy to get item to be deleted?

After a while, i found out the misalignment, there is not stdTTL in latest npm package #30

Be aware that there seems to be a bug in the package.
