Description
It looks like the Library of Congress has introduced local hosting of files that are deemed relevant for inclusion in their dedicated OA Books collection
All books added to this collection underwent a selection process whereby subject matter experts from across the Library of Congress determined which works were in scope based on the Library's Collections Policy Statements. Although the Library of Congress holds print copies of some of the open access books in this collection, these openly licensed works can be made more accessible in their digital form. By collecting the e-books in addition to the print books, the Library commits to preserving and providing lasting access to this digital content.

Instead of listing file location in a generic way (via "Other"), it might be nice to have a dedicated marker for LOC-hosted books within Thoth.
