can not log haproxy-certbot requests to stdout

hi team, when start haproxy container, it just show some INFO log
I want to trace the request log show I try to config logging as https://discourse.haproxy.org/t/haproxy-1-9-2-info-logs-in-stdout/3429/5
i saw that version of haproxy is different, but searching for the solution
