Syntax parser support

We need syntax parsing support in the construct-deck CLI which can seamlessly interface with construct-cache.

M1:

• PING {message}
• CREATE PAIR {key} WITH VALUE {value}
• UPDATE PAIR {key} TO VALUE {value}
• DROP PAIR {key}
• GET PAIR {key}
• BACKUP STORE TO {location}
• RESTORE STORE FROM {location}

This will also allow us to use spaces in our values. We might need to enforce no spaces in key due to convention.

Updated the syntax to use DELETE instead of DROP and READ instead of GET
