Start populating local event Calendar

This will allow @dlindahl to start integrating it w/ the website.

• We will maintain calendars, one for Techramento events and another for non-Techramento events
• Member Orgs events will be highlighted prominently on the website
• Will concentrate on developer-related events and not start-up, etc. events
