Implement insurance funds or handle negative liquidations

If slippage or a position is not liquidated until below collateral, there needs to be a mechanism to handle repaying the loan to ensure liquidity providers are not penalized, or at least any discrepancy is smoothed.

This would be a simple contract in which funds are sent to when opening and closing positions.

It would make sense to have the insurance fund be a single mint instead of multiple.

Should the insurance fund pool fees from all mints then once a single mint amount hits a certain threshold the program would trade it for a single mint, or should it trade the fees straight away to a stable mint??
