[AI Bundle] Update tools registration documentation

Clarify that dedicated tool packages (Brave, Firecrawl, Mapbox, OpenMeteo, Tavily) are automatically configured via Flex recipes and require no manual setup.

Only tools in the Toolbox\Tool namespace need manual service registration.
