Only print line + column in SyntaxProtocol.debugDescription

When `SourceLocation` stopped conforming to `CustomStringConvertible` because we added `presumedLine` and `presumedColumn`, this started printing an initializer call to `SourceLocation`, which was very verbose and unreadable. Just print line and column for the debug description.
