The client is outdate

Hi there,

This SDK is outdated and seem can not work anymore, I would like to propose an update or new repo for Streamr SDK in Python

Python is largely used for the data domain so I think it will introduce more capacity for data engineers to work with Streamr

It would be nice if we have a small bounty to make it done :)
