Data update, serialization needed

@wsalesky This is the SPEAR update I mentioned. I'm not sure how specific the serialization script is but we'll need the following:

• Delete the person aggregation page for person/1710.
• Create a person aggregation page for person/1711.
• Create a new factoid pages for 8559-257, 8559-258, 8559-259, and 8559-260.
• Rerun the RDF for 8559.xml.

I think that should be it. Thank you!
