Create and implement data model for including multiple forms of author names

Need to have a canonical name (cf. #40), but also want to have a space in the data for alternative forms of the name.

For example, canonical name is Josephus, but we also want to have searchable and displayable other names like Flavius Josephus, etc.

This is an enhancement and not necessary for the 1.0 release.
