delete bsp_pins.src from variants

this illustrates that bsp files are not generated in the Arduino environment. Instead they are copied over from the [SparkFun_Apollo3_AmbiqSuite_BSPs](https://github.com/sparkfun/SparkFun_Apollo3_AmbiqSuite_BSPs) repo
