[IDB] Feature Request: make pinned comment on PRs with icon changes

i want the comment with the changes that updates the comment when a new commit is pushed etc

so its the embedded table but in comment

basically i don't want to have to navigate 3 links deep to open up the visual diffs, or have to open browser on mobile

feel free to cut it off at like 20 or whatever with a link to the diffs
