The idea
The FAAPI parent repo (https://github.com/FurryCoders/FAAPI) uses GitHub actions to power a CI workflow. Test data is not stored in the repo, but is instead provided as secrets by the test runner. We should enable this for our fork, providing our own test data. Some of that test data already exists and is used for local testing, but we want to automate it.

FALocalRepo appears to not have any tests at all. It probably should, given that we're making changes to it.
