hwAcc Auto prevents subtitles from displaying in Android

When using hwAcc set to Auto or Full, the subtitles in Android stop working.

E/VLC: libvlc blend: no matching alpha blending routine (chroma: RGBA -> ANOP)
E/VLC: libvlc blend: blending RGBA to ANOP failed

Have anyone faced this issue??
