Multiline URLs

I am using `urlview` to open the URLs on my curses-based email client. Sometimes, however, the URLs are too long and split into multiple lines. In those cases, `urlview` does not parse the URL correctly and I end up copy-pasting the multiple parts of the URL on my browser's URL bar.

I'm not sure if this is considered a bug, but I think `urlview` should be able to handle these cases.
