Configure file doesn't take effect.

Hi, thank you for developing this app. I followed the instructions and made some modifications in the global configuration file.

However, it seems these configuration doesn't take effect. When I use the new command, it doesn't work. Then I test the original command, it works.

I've gave permission to access all repositories. What is wrong with my setting? or is some steps I missing? Thank you.
