Upload the signature in form of .pdf/.jpeg format

As everyone is not having tab or stylus to put a signature on that panel with running hand. One cannot put a perfect signature with mouse or touch response. So its better to have signature on a piece of paper and upload it in form of .pdf/.jpg/.jpeg format as it is done in most in the online KYC registration.

The site was intended to be served over tablets with an attached stylus. If the use-case has changed, then the corresponding changes can be made. You are welcome to open a PR.
