CI workflow takes way too long to execute. #218
Description
Describe the bug
The CI workflow has taken something like 4hours to load. Most likely getting node packages etc is slowing it down because of older versions etc.
To Reproduce
Just run the CI workflow, it's now disabled but you can view the latest runs.
Expected behavior
The problem investigated, version upgrades for example could help. We need a consistent CI pipeline for the application.
