Missing greater than or equal and less than or equal matchers

Hi,
i'm currently using custom matchers for greater then or equal and less than or equal in lots of projects.
In my opinion they should be in the standard matcher set.
I would happily implement and document them it that's something that you would like to see within shpec.

i've named mine ge and le to have them the same as in bash, but maybe gte or lte is more recognizable.

What are your thoughts about that?

@schorsch3000 that seems like a common enough use case that it should probably be standard! What do your custom matchers look like?
