Add mzTab writing #85
Description
I was thinking that it might be cool to add support for exporting mzTab files from any MetaData SimpleLinear. Some thoughts should be given to the main metadata section as this I think can only be generated from a full scan over all peptidoforms and consolidating all information in them. Additionally it would be good to see if the MetaData trait needs to be expanded so that all proper mzTab properties can be gotten from there.
