Log game starts and stops for analytics

Record timestamps at each game start and exit so we can tell which games were played and for how long.

Something simple, maybe CSV? Would be cool to have for the debut.

This is mostly addressed in #20. There's no data export or introspection, though. You just have to run queries against the SQLite DB by hand.
