L-R scrolling on table, not page #58
Description
The codebook table is a great feature of the Rmarkdown report. It's width is not bound to the page, however. This means that scrolling right moves the entire page and makes the TOC and content overlap. Is it possible to keep the table fixed width to screen and scroll L-R within the table?
